Join Betsy and the team of Tybee Wellness Retreats for an immersive weekend filled with all levels movement classes. The retreat is held at a luxurious Tybee Island home just steps from the ocean. Included in the price are all plant-based meals, Pilates classes, 1 Pranayama (breathwork) class, Sound Bath, self-care fascial therapy sessions, and more personalized surprises.

(Additional services are available for a fee. These include massage, skin care, reiki, coaching, tarot, craniosacral therapu & many more.)

In collaboration with Tybee Wellness Retreats, we have created an intimate & immersive Homecoming experience. For 3 nights and 4 days, all of your needs will be met with Mother Ocean by our side. Pleasure will be the password into a full weekend of self-care. Together we will practice living all 7 Sacraments from my book “Homecoming: A Feminine GPS For a Lost World “. You will return home feeling lighter, inspired, and more connected to yourself. Together, we dance, practice yoga, engage in sacred ritual & nourish our bodies with delicious food. We harness the power of being in a safe container with other badass women. Each participant will receive a copy of my book – along with surprise gifts – for continued inspiration and integration beyond the retreat. Come by yourself or book with a friend. Your homecoming awaits, Queen.

  • Sample schedule:

    • Thursday night arrival, dinner and opening ceremony

    • Friday: Morning meditation, breakfast, Qoya dance, free time/services, lunch, free time, workshop, dinner, ceremony

    • Saturday: Morning meditation, breakfast, Qoya dance, free time/services, lunch, workshop, dinner, closing ceremony

    • Sunday: farewell breakfast
