Cancellation Policy
90 + days before your retreat
Your deposit and any additional payments are 100% refundable
31-89 days before your retreat
$500 deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit are 100% refundable.
30 days or less before your retreat
Your deposit and any additional payments made are 100% non-refundable. Any payment made within this window is non-refundable from the time of booking.
If you cancel 30 days or less before your retreat:
– At TWR’s discretion, your deposit and any additional payments may be credited toward a future retreat.
– If TWR approves a credit, a $500 rebooking fee applies.
