About Us

Who we are. What we do. What we know.

Our Mission

The mission of Tybee Wellness Retreats is to create a safe, nurturing, and fun atmosphere for those who are seekers. What began as a deeply personal journey sparked a passion to share what has been learned so that others can create a calmer, more fulfilling, and connected life for themselves. My deep desire to help women take back control of their lives propelled me to curate a spectacular group of professionals who are at their best helping others.

Here on Tybee Island, nestled between sand and sea, we invite you to rest, renew, and reconnect with yourself, your aspirations, and a community of like-minded women. Our retreats offer thoughtfully crafted experiences that nourish the body, open the heart, and inspire lasting change. Through intentional practices, creative workshops, and soulful connection, every guest is supported in taking meaningful steps toward greater well-being.

Our Vision

Our approach is rooted in holistic wellness. Whether you are arriving to slow your breath on the beach, expand your self-awareness through guided meditation, explore energy work, or simply enjoy mindful movement, your experience is tailored to foster transformation and joy.
